1. Introduction These General Terms and Conditions of Service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to all services provided by SS DIGITAL, a digital marketing and graphic design agency (hereinafter referred to as “the Agency”), and to all business relationships between the Agency and its clients.
2. Services Offered The Agency offers digital marketing, advertising, and graphic design services, including but not limited to social media management, SEO, SEM, website design, branding, and content creation.
3. Client Obligations The Client agrees to provide the Agency with all necessary information and materials required for the provision of services. Furthermore, the Client shall make payments agreed upon within the stipulated timeframes.
4. Intellectual Property All original works created by the Agency remain the property of the Agency until full payment is made. Upon complete payment, the Client obtains a license to use the work as agreed.
5. Confidentiality The Agency commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by the Client that is not public knowledge.
6. Limitation of Liability The Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.
7. Duration and Termination Services will be provided for the agreed-upon period. Either party may terminate the contract with prior notice as established in the Terms.
8. Modifications The Agency reserves the right to modify the Terms with prior notice to the Client.
9. Jurisdiction and Law Applicable These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Venezuela, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Venezuela.
